DigiBTW is een jong en snelgroeiend IT-bedrijf dat een uniek boekhoudprogramma en service biedt. Wij zijn opgericht in 2014 en hebben ons programma speciaal ontwikkeld voor het vereenvoudigen van de boekhouding van zzp'ers.
Ons kantoor is gevestigd op de Panamalaan in Amsterdam-Oost, een toplocatie op steenworpafstand van Brouwerij 't IJ. Ook het bruisende centrum van Amsterdam is binnen een kwartier te bereiken.
TakenAls ervaren servicedesk medewerker bij DigiBTW ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van onze klanten via de telefoon en per e-mail. Je bent een belangrijk onderdeel van ons team en werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's.
Je taken zijn onder andere:
- Vragen van klanten beantwoorden en oplossen
- Meldingen van klanten registreren en opvolgen
- Samenwerken met collega's aan nieuwe features op basis van klantcontact
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je de volgende kwaliteiten nodig:
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- MBO 4 (diploma) of HBO denk- en werkniveau
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring op het gebied van support / klantenservice in de vorm van een telefonische helpdesk met e-mail
- Administratieve kennis is een pre
- Servicegericht
