Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional technical assistance and ongoing support to our customers. The selected candidate will handle initial troubleshooting and resolution of technical inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for customer inquiries.
  • Manage the return process for products requiring service, including part replacements and device exchanges.
  • Process warranty and non-warranty service requests efficiently.
  • Document and report customer feedback and product failures in accordance with quality standards.
  • Provide phone support to assist customers with product usage and maintenance.
  • Identify training needs for customers and propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of parts to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and Marketing, to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a repository of frequently asked questions to streamline support.
  • Communicate product improvement suggestions to relevant departments.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the customer support processes.
  • Review customer interactions to ensure resolution of issues.
  • Handle bio-hazard products with care and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of basic engineering concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong practical skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability to new situations and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Biomedical Engineering or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP in wireless settings.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both English and Italian is required.

Education:

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
