Business Development Manager

Central Parking seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and optimize relationships with existing customers.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing and selling our access solutions to (potential) customers. This versatile role includes following up on existing leads as well as generating new customers. Our market offers plenty of opportunities, so you will work together with your colleagues to further expand our customer base. Our customers range from healthcare institutions and municipalities to parking operators and hotels.
Your Responsibilities:- You will introduce and sell our products and services to (potential) customers, regularly visiting customers on location or inviting them for an experience at our office.
- You will prepare quotations that closely meet the customer's needs, ensuring timely follow-up within our organization. All appointments and contact moments are accurately recorded in our CRM system.
- You will identify market developments and translate customer questions and needs into appropriate services from Central Parking.
- You have a working and thinking level equivalent to HBO, ideally in a technical commercial field such as ICT or Commercial Economics.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar technical commercial position.
- You possess a strong and energetic personality with excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English.
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct is required as part of the application procedure.
- A competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,750 to €4,750 based on 38 hours.
- 26 vacation days and ADV days on a full-time basis.
- An end-of-year bonus of up to one gross month's salary, based on group targets.
- A performance-related bonus.
- A lease car, laptop, and telephone provided.
- Ongoing training and education opportunities.
- The option to work hybrid, allowing partial remote work.
- An initial annual contract, with potential extension to an indefinite period if satisfactory performance is achieved.
