You will be joining the Sales & Supply department, working closely with a team of around 40 members across various markets.
Your Role & ImpactAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing inventory in your assigned market(s) by acquiring new business and generating leads.
- Find new prospects and improve lead generation tactics.
- Cold outreach via calls and email to qualify B2B prospects.
- Onboard new accounts and manage them until the first booking.
- Conduct remote meetings and consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiate with advertisers to maximize mutual value.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Plan business trips and attend industry events to acquire new customers.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance value delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for advertisers and bookings.
- Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of local property regulations.
- Fluent in English and native-level German.
- Experience in sales and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
- Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates teammates.
