Senior Client Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager II to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a key member of our Client Service Management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an escalation point between clients and support teams.
- Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the service component of the client relationship, including client onboarding, contract negotiations, and contract management.
- Conduct regular status calls with clients to discuss key service topics and review projects in their queue.
- Monitor service level/availability management reports to identify trends and contact appropriate product areas as needed.
- Calculate and process service level credits, inform billing teams, and notify clients on timing of credit receipt.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services, or resources to clients and refer to managing directors/relationship managers.
- Participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction and gain a good understanding of the products and services offered by Jobs for Humanity.
- Experience in a client service management/service delivery management role.
- Experience working in the BFSI sector, with knowledge of reconciliations and IntelliMatch preferred.
- Good Excel and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of technical support required.
- Product support experience is an added benefit.
- Good working knowledge of Jobs for Humanity systems and the industries in which we compete.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Fluent in English, communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work as part of a global team.
- Customer service and team focus.
- Ability to handle projects commensurate with job expectations.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision with a strong sense of ownership.
- Requires human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
