About the Role:

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Clinical Trials Division in Bleiswijk, Netherlands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal departments and external customers to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and represent the business at kick-off meetings with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits to provide timely reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive the closure of Problem Reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in project management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer leadership skills with the ability to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
