About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Manager to join our team at Maandag. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving commercial growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Drive commercial growth through the development and implementation of new business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or commercial role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
