Om onze groei in de Benelux verder te versnellen, zoeken wij een ambitieuze en gedreven Associate Sales Director (m/v/d) die het verschil wil maken ons team in Amsterdam/Brussel. Deze uitdagende rol is op afstand uit te voeren (thuiswerk).

 

Jouw rol in het kort:

Als Associate Sales Director ben jij de sparringpartner en adviseur van ondernemers tijdens een van de belangrijkste trajecten van hun carrière. Je inspireert, overtuigt en begeleidt klanten gedurende het gehele verkoopproces. Jouw drive en inzicht bepalen het succes – en daarmee de impact – die jij maakt.

 

Wat ga je doen?

  • Proactief voeren van klantgesprekken; telefonisch, online en op locatie.
  • Deskundig adivseren over bedrijfsverkoop en strategische keuzes.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van klantdocumenten voor de volgende processtappen
  • Begeleiden van klanten vanaf de eerste afspraak tot de succesvolle bedrijfsoverdracht.
  • Zorgdragen voor nauwkeurige en actuele vastlegging in onze interne systemen

 

Wat neem je mee?

  • Ervaring in sales, consulting of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré).
  • Sterke organisatorische skills en oog voor detail.
  • Het vermogen om snel nieuwe markten, sectoren en bedrijfsmodellen te begrijpen.
  • Affiniteit met digitale tools en projectmanagement.
  • Een servicegerichte, proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
