**About Partnerships**

**Responsibilities**:
The Director of Product - Partnerships is responsible for leading the entire product department of Partnerships, consisting of closely aligned product development teams who develop a partnerships platform to constantly innovate to delight our demand partners and sister companies.
- Act as a clear partner to Senior Stakeholders and customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate very closely with technology leadership to ensure alignment in strategy, collaboration in execution and overall effective use of development resources, including impact and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial leadership teams to ensure alignment in strategy, collaboration in execution and a shared understanding of the goals and how best to reach them with available technology and resources.
- Collaborate closely with sister brands such as Agoda, Priceline and Rocketmiles to help define and implement joint roadmaps, development, go to market and maximize our joint offering.
- Act as a champion of partner-centric thinking with a firm grasp of how to balance investment between legacy platforms and new developments, while continuing to serve existing and future contracted partners.
- Responsible for process innovation within the department as well as aligning this across all of partnerships including Technology, Commercial and Finance. Enable the team to adapt to these changes and grow, coach and mentor them as needed.
- Challenge, clarify and sign off on investment requests and decisions.
- Be responsible for triggering team repurposing discussions and decisions.
- Drive and lead the strategic direction of the tracks, also where needed for non product activities. Challenge the direction of Partnerships where appropriate.
- Be responsible to measure success KPI’s and report on performance and business impact.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
- Actively contribute to driving modern enterprise product management as a function and craft across the company.
- Shape the team where needed through hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, or other recruitment efforts.

**Ideal Experience & Skills**:

- Significant years of Product leadership experience within Enterprise B2B companies or equivalent experience, including the product, tech, go-to-market and challenges that this area presents.
- Experience and familiarity with building end-to-end experiences in sophisticated environments, marketplace platforms, and programs that have been successfully adopted by an ecosystem.
- Subject matter expertise in Product Management with a consistent track record of building successful innovative and scalable products - vision, strategy and roadmap.
- KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, team alignment with business goals.
- Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders (finance, budgeting, sister companies, team management, recruitment, external partners).
- Experience with leading and coaching teams of group/senior product managers including building and growing teams and driving process and communication excellence.
- Experience partnering with product and tech departments
- Expert in leading through influence with stakeholders including executives.
- Strong delegation skills.
- Good grasp of Salesforce, Marketo and other commercial tools.
- Have a clear understanding of the challenges of the B2B/Enterprise environment and how this is different from B2C.
- Strong high level project management skills; how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines.
- Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short
- and medium-term goals - yet focused on execution and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
- Excel at stakeholder management and communication, internally and externally.
