Customer Success Manager - Sigrid Adoption Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Amsterdam-based team. As a key member of the Market Team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through Sigrid adoption, relationship management, and expanding the portfolio of services within the customer.

The Role

You will play a crucial linking pin between the client and SIG, ensuring a successful long-term engagement. Your primary focus will be on developing strong narratives to deliver advice in line with customers' business goals, improving long-term customer intimacy, and organizational improvement. You will also educate CSMs on best practices relevant to the job, identify skills and competencies needed for account delivery and expansion, and develop a vision on CMS moving forward in SIG.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all (operational) customer processes: onboarding, planning, training, and more including project management
  • Ensure administration for the entire project portfolio of your Market Team is complete, accurate, and up to date in FinancialForce
  • Guide clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance
  • Educate CSMs on best practices relevant to the job
  • Identify skills and competencies needed for account delivery and expansion
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree, preferably on the edge between Business and IT, like Business Information Technology or Business Information Management. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT, excellent interpersonal skills, and a motivated team player attitude. They should also be able to spot commercial opportunities, be analytical, and have a proactive attitude.
