About the Role

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you have excellent communication skills in both English and German?

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our EMEA team, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
