Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region or major geographical area. You will develop and execute business plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Cultivate new Enterprise-level client accounts and maintain existing relationships.
- Conduct research to develop effective sales strategies and identify potential new clients.
- Foster long-term client relationships and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
- Leverage industry contacts and existing client bases to promote OneStream products and services.
- Develop comprehensive proposals in response to client requests for proposal (RFPs).
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a senior sales representative or a related occupation in B2B selling at the Enterprise level.
- Prior sales experience within the CPM/EPM/Financial Management Software or Analytics Industry is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to C-level executives.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Professional with a strong work ethic.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success.
- High energy and a go-getter attitude.
- Able to build rapport with C-level executives and customers.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
