Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage partner-driven sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans.
- Increase pipeline by leveraging partner networks and promoting enterprise platform solutions.
- DIRECT GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES AND ACT AS THE MAIN LIAISON FOR INCREASING PARTNER FAMILIARITY WITH COGNIZANT'S SERVICES AND VICE VERSA.
- Relationship Building: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partners and internal teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact for partners and ensure they are fully supported throughout the sales process.
- Performance Tracking: monitor partner performance and KPIs, ensuring that all targets are met.
- Provide regular updates and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Business Development.
- Proven experience in partner sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the enterprise platforms or software space.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across large organizations.
- Experience in leading expansion strategies in complex, multi-country regions such as EMEA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
- Experience working with large global partners or system integrators.
- Knowledge of specific enterprise platforms and ecosystems (Salesforce, Mulesoft, Veeva, Oracle, Workday, Boomi, Appian, Camunda, or Pega).
