EPS does not sell technology; instead, we help businesses orchestrate across their technology ecosystems to solve underlying problems that impact business outcomes.

Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in building and nurturing relationships with key partners across EPS, including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Veeva, Oracle, Workday, Boomi, Appian, Camunda, and Pega.

You will be responsible for formulating and executing partner-driven go-to-market sales strategies that foster growth, build revenue streams, and support long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner-driven sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partners and internal teams.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for partners and ensure they are fully supported throughout the sales process.

You will provide regular updates and adjust strategies based on performance data.

What You Will Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Business Development.
  • Proven experience in partner sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the enterprise platforms or software space.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across large organizations.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of specific enterprise platforms and ecosystems, such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, Veeva, Oracle, Workday, Boomi, Appian, Camunda, or Pega, is essential.
