Regional Sales Director

We seek an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our commercial efforts in the Benelux and UK/Ireland markets. As a Sales Manager, you will leverage your background in plastics or chemicals to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong connections with existing clients, while generating new leads to expand our customer base.
- Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, identify key prospects, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with customers, headquarters, and production plants to ensure seamless project and product management.
- Sales Performance Management: Oversee sales budgets, monitor progress, and report results to stakeholders.
- A HBO-level education with a strong foundation in commercial environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, paired with 3-4 years of international sales experience.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- The capability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A flexible mindset, comfortable outside traditional working hours and thriving in a dynamic environment.
