Job Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead the strategic business growth for new and existing Lucid customers across the EMEA region.

You will interface with Business Development Representatives to identify target markets and verticals, and direct outbound prospecting efforts.

Post prospect qualification, you will work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value across multiple personas.

You will also work with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and continual customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain expert knowledge on Lucid's collaboration suite offering.
  2. Understand the competitive landscape within the EMEA region.
  3. Retain a hunter mentality to direct outbound lead sourcing and identify new opportunities.
  4. Generate and close new pipeline across business segments and verticals.
  5. Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
  6. Effectively manage a book of accounts, creating reliable forecasts, and working with management to close open pipeline.
Requirements
  • 5+ years sales experience in SaaS/software.
  • Significant experience working with major customers/enterprises, successfully leading complex sales processes.
  • Ability to project manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and sales acceleration tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant sales experience, owning the full sales cycle in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
