DACH and CEE Sales Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Strategy Specialist to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Sales and Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and finalizing new business opportunities in the DACH and CEE region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and sales plan.
- Drive the sales process with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to translate the EXIN portfolio into compelling propositions.
- Expand market share in the region through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- 5-10 years of sales experience in IT-related consultative sales roles.
- Experience in value selling, developing a roadmap, business case, and ROI together with the customer.
- Experience in the Training and Certification Industry is a plus.
- Self-starter with a high energy level, high level of integrity, and an eye for detail.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing a small number of large enterprise accounts.
