Regional Sales Director for Enterprise Learning Solutions

Xebia Academy is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion of its International markets in North America and Europe.
About the RoleAs Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities across various IT training and certification programs and workforce development solutions.
This is an entrepreneurial role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a strong ability to represent Xebia Academy's learning services capabilities at industry events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in the Education and IT Training sectors. They will also possess excellent marketing, relationship, and communication management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Promote enterprise learning services solutions to enterprises across the region
- Be part of the strategy formation and execution for the NA region - GTM and execution plan, and target setting
- Responsible for B2B/B2C sales of our IT Training and Certification portfolio and Learning products in the Digital Technologies
- Owns revenue targets and P&L for the region and drives profitability from the business generated through new and existing customers
- Manage and execute on targets efficiently, including leading a team of sales professionals
- Deliver the sales-cycle for key prospects and manage delivery with the Offshore delivery team in India
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key prospects in government, enterprise, institutions, and other industry sectors, positioning Xebia Academy as the preferred learning partner
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning and forecasting approaches
- Set up team (Sales and Delivery) and provide leadership to the sales organization, partnering with technology services sales leadership to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Market research and identify growth opportunities by introducing innovative training programs to cater to local needs and trends for upskilling/reskilling in Digital technologies
- Maintain networking and working relations with Education/Training owners and functional SMEs to ensure timely engagement, transparency, and aligned decision making
- Strong understanding of EdTech, Education, IT Training and Certification in USA, Canada, UK, European markets
- Minimum 10-12 years' sales experience with last few years preferably in Education, IT trainings and certification, assessments or other professionals skill development industry
- Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship, and communication management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated with a clear vision to lead and add to organization growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Prior experience in selling to C-level suite, L&D, HR, Technical heads & Functional owners
- Commercial and customer focus
- Understanding of statistical and financial information and high level of numeracy
- Results-driven
- Excellent time management skills; meets deadlines
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
