Job Description

We are seeking a Global Talent Intern to join our international headquarters in Amsterdam. As a Global Talent Intern, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organizations and learn how to foster people development in a diverse cultural context.

Your key activities will include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data for talent processes and initiatives, providing reporting and creating visual overviews for updates and decision-making purposes.
  • Organizing and coordinating events and initiatives, connecting with suppliers, managing contracting and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinating local employer brand social media activities into global campaigns.
  • Organizing learning and development trainings, keeping them up-to-date in our Learning Management System, and analyzing data to support annual reporting.
  • Supporting communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. You should be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field. You should also possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
