About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our team at SilverDoor Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through new business development, account management, and property partner development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts to optimize performance and deliver revenue targets
  • Collaborate with other divisions to deliver seamless implementations of new clients and ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property partners to drive business growth and revenue
  • Monitor industry trends, news, and forecasts to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Proven experience in new business development, account management, and property partner development
  • Fluent English, German, and Dutch language skills (essential)
  • B2B serviced apartment or hotel background experience is essential
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and ability to stay ahead of the competition
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with a demonstrated history of accomplishments in account win performance
  • Experience of raising the profile of a relatively unknown company
  • Existing strong customer relationships
