In het kloppende hart van Amsterdam wordt gewerkt aan wat zonder twijfel straks een van de meest iconische gebouwen van de stad is. The Diamond is het beeldbepalende pand dat het Leidseplein een heel nieuw gezicht geeft. De glazen, fonkelende buitengevel verwijst naar de beroemde diamant Koh-I-Noor, Perzisch voor ‘berg van licht’. Hiermee wordt de roemrijke geschiedenis van Amsterdam, City of Diamonds, opnieuw in de stad verankerd.
In The Diamond vind je een uniek boetiekhotel met 36 luxe kamers. En Limar, een table d’hôte restaurant waar wisselende topchefs in intieme setting hun kunsten tonen aan een gezelschap van maximaal 18 personen. De legendarische cocktailclub Koh-I-Noor, uitsluitend voor leden en genodigden toegankelijk. Een premium steakhouse. En, natuurlijk, de Heineken Hoek. Maar dan anno nu.

**Administratief Ondersteunend Medewerker**
Als Administratief Ondersteunend Medewerker bij Hotel The Diamond speel je een cruciale rol in het handhaven van efficiënte administratieve processen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel, waaronder Front Office, Housekeeping en Management. Daarnaast beheer en organiseer je documentatie met aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid en naleving van hotelnormen. Je coördineert communicatie binnen het hotel en met externe belanghebbenden, assisteert bij het plannen en organiseren van vergaderingen, evenementen en afspraken, en handelt vragen en verzoeken van gasten, personeel en management af. Bovendien draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van administratieve processen.
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiast individu met een passie voor administratie en hospitality. De ideale kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring in administratieve functies, bij voorkeur binnen de hotel
- of hospitalitybranche. Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en multitaskingvaardigheden, met oog voor detail. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels zijn essentieel. Je hebt vaardigheid in kantoortoepassingen (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.), toont aanpassingsvermogen en een proactieve aanpak bij het oplossen van problemen. Een servicegerichte mindset en het vermogen om samen te werken in een team maken je een geschikte kandidaat voor deze rol.

With this, the glorious history of Amsterdam, City of Diamonds, is once again anchored in the city.
In The Diamond you will find a unique boutique hotel with 36 luxurious rooms; Limar, a table d'hôte restaurant where changing top chefs show their skills in an intimate setting to a group of up to 18 people; the legendary Koh-I-Noor cocktail club, open to members and guests only; a premium steak house; and, of course, the reinvented Heineken Hoek.
We are looking for a:
**Admin Support**
As Admin Support at The Diamond, you play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative processes. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Management. Additionally, you will manage and organize documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinating communication within the hotel and with external stakeholders, assisting in planning and organizing meetings, events, and appointments, and handling inquiries and requests from guests, staff, and management are integral to this role. Moreover, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.
