Overview of the Program Manager Position

HSO is seeking to enhance its capabilities by recruiting Program Managers for the HSO International team. These professionals will be responsible for delivering exceptional program execution, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development with key international clients.

In this capacity, Program Managers will primarily oversee or assist in international technology transformation initiatives utilizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, while also focusing on identifying and leveraging new business prospects within the existing client portfolio. Collaboration with local Microsoft Dynamics teams will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Delivering Excellence for HSO International Clients

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of high-caliber Microsoft Dynamics (365 / AX / CRM / Office 365) technology transformation projects for international clients, whether as standalone engagements or part of broader technology initiatives. Provide strategic guidance on enterprise solutions, collaborating with enterprise clients to enhance their business and information processes, maximizing the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities. Advise clients on the transformative potential of Microsoft Dynamics, including enterprise and customer operating models, service delivery, mobility, and process execution.

2.) Cultivating New Business Opportunities

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts. Support business development and sales efforts, including proposals, bids, and contract negotiations. Assist in the creation of tailored, market-relevant Microsoft Dynamics offerings for international clients. Expand the presence of Microsoft Dynamics within international clients by collaborating with other Senior Managers, Directors, and Executives across the organization.

3.) Enhancing Practice & Capabilities

Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice by sharing insights, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career aspirations of team members. Assist in the broader Technology Consulting practice through practice development initiatives, proposition creation, and training for individuals and teams. Mentor junior team members, aiding their development in the roles of project and Performance Manager.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for dynamic individuals with a background in large-scale, international Microsoft Dynamics implementations. This pivotal role emphasizes client delivery while also supporting business development and sales initiatives.

Technical Skills

Extensive functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management processes, and other essential business applications. Preferred certifications in configuration or pre-sales of AX or CRM Dynamics applications. In-depth understanding of how Enterprise and Customer services are delivered at the process level. At least one Programme / Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, MoP, 3PO, APMP, etc.) is desirable. Ability to engage clients on current technology challenges and market trends. Degree-educated or holding a professional qualification (ACA, ACMA, etc.) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Experience Requirements

We seek candidates with experience in:

Implementing Microsoft Dynamics (or similar enterprise/customer-focused technology) deployments, ideally with direct experience in D365, AX, or CE/CRM system design, build, and deployment. Configuration and project management expertise in enterprise software deployments. Delivering extensive Microsoft Dynamics projects, whether for in-house or external clients, throughout the entire project lifecycle. Managing cross-functional teams effectively. Engaging with senior-level client stakeholders, adept at handling challenging conversations and resolving issues. Coordinating multifaceted activities and deadlines, proactively anticipating challenges and pressure points.

Additional Information

The role requires a willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately three days per week) and the flexibility to spend at least one day a month in our International office to foster essential internal relationships.
