Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the HSO International team, the Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in harnessing opportunities from both established and emerging international clients.

This position is designed for professionals who excel in delivering exceptional program execution, fostering robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee the comprehensive delivery of high-caliber Microsoft Dynamics (365 / AX / CRM / Office 365) technology transformation projects for international clients, whether as standalone projects or part of broader technology initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on enterprise solutions, assisting clients in optimizing their business processes and maximizing the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advise clients on the transformative potential of Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on enterprise and customer operating models, service delivery, mobility, and process execution.
2. Business Development
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Contribute to the creation of tailored Microsoft Dynamics offerings that resonate with international clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management to expand Microsoft Dynamics' presence and identify new opportunities within the international client base.
3. Practice Development
  • Enhance the Microsoft Dynamics practice by sharing insights, fostering thought leadership, and mentoring team members.
  • Support the broader Technology Consulting practice through development initiatives, proposition creation, and training.
  • Guide junior team members in their professional growth through mentorship and performance management.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in large-scale, international Microsoft Dynamics implementations. This high-impact role emphasizes client delivery while supporting business development and sales efforts.

  • In-depth understanding of service delivery at the process level.
  • Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
  • Ability to engage clients on current technology trends and market directions.
  • Degree or professional qualification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience
  • Proven experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise technology deployments.
  • Expertise in configuration and project management for enterprise software.
  • Experience managing large Microsoft Dynamics projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience working with senior-level client stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
  • Skilled in coordinating multifaceted activities and anticipating challenges.
Travel Requirements
