Role Overview: Senior Program Manager

HSO is seeking to enhance its International team by hiring a Senior Program Manager. This role is pivotal in leveraging opportunities with both established and prospective international clients. The primary focus will be on delivering exceptional program execution, fostering robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Client Delivery Excellence

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of high-caliber Microsoft Dynamics (365 / AX / CRM / Office 365) technology transformation projects for international clients, whether as standalone engagements or as components of broader technology initiatives. Provide strategic guidance on enterprise solutions, collaborating with enterprise clients to enhance their business processes and maximize the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics. Advise clients on the transformative potential of Microsoft Dynamics, encompassing enterprise and customer operating models, service delivery, mobility, and process execution.

2.) Business Development Initiatives

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts. Support business development and sales efforts, including proposals, bids, and contract negotiations. Contribute to the creation of tailored, market-relevant Microsoft Dynamics offerings for international clients. Enhance Microsoft Dynamics' presence and identify new opportunities with international clients by collaborating with other Senior Managers, Directors, and Executives across the organization.

3.) Practice Development and Capability Building

Facilitate the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice by sharing insights, fostering thought leadership, and supporting the career development of team members. Contribute to the broader Technology Consulting practice through practice development initiatives, proposition creation, and training for individuals and teams. Mentor junior team members, guiding their development in the roles of project and performance management.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in large-scale, international Microsoft Dynamics implementations. This prominent role emphasizes client delivery while also supporting business development and sales origination.

Highly motivated with a professional and personable demeanor. Ability to connect HSO Microsoft Dynamics solutions teams with client challenges.

Technical Expertise:

Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management processes, along with other essential business applications. Possession of certifications related to configuration or pre-sales of AX or CRM Dynamics applications is advantageous. In-depth understanding of the delivery of Enterprise and Customer services at the process level. At least one recognized Programme / Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, MoP, 3PO, APMP, etc.) is preferred. Ability to engage clients on current technology trends and market directions. A degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACMA) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Delivering Microsoft Dynamics (or similar enterprise/customer-focused technology) implementations, particularly with direct involvement in D365, AX, or CE/CRM system design, build, and deployment. Configuration and project management expertise in enterprise software deployments. Managing large Microsoft Dynamics projects through the entire project lifecycle, whether for in-house or external clients. Leading cross-functional teams effectively. Engaging with senior-level client stakeholders, managing challenging conversations, and resolving issues. Coordinating complex activities and deadlines while anticipating challenges and pressure points.

Additional Information:

The role requires a willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and the ability to spend time in our International office to foster essential internal relationships.
