Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Storyteq, you will be responsible for account planning, developing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth. Your role will unlock value for clients by identifying opportunities and utilizing the full potential of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Increasing client adoption and enhancing their lock-in
  • Account planning and execution
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Guiding clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Platform Training and Onboarding
  • Liaising with Product Owners on client-requested features
Required Skills and Qualifications

Besides being fun to work with, you must have:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and preferably Dutch
  • 3-4 years of experience in an account-oriented role
  • Business confidence and assertiveness
  • Growth-oriented and commercial awareness
  • Efficiency and consistency
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Media, Economy, Marketing, or Behavioral Sciences
