About this role:We are seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our Core Services team as a Learning & Talent Program manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of learning and talent programs with a global scope.
You will be responsible for managing all facets of the program. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and passion for employee growth will contribute to the success of our learning and talent initiatives.
As a Learning & Talent program manager, you will work alongside skilled professionals within our services department and across HR all with a shared goal of continually enhancing our high-performance and learning culture.
Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of robust backend processes within JET's Learning and Talent environment. Amongst other teams, you will work closely with the Learning & Talent design teams, advising them on the quality, effectiveness, improvement opportunities, and costs of existing talent processes and learning programs.
- Subject matter expertise in various Learning & Talent areas and be a trusted advisor to the Global Learning & Talent Delivery Lead
- Lead project management efforts for the effective and efficient delivery of the Talent and Learning COE processes and programs like our talent marketplace, global learning offerings and (future) learning experience platform
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent & Learning and Rewards to design processes and solutions aligned with organizational goals and have a positive impact.
- Lead efforts to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve program effectiveness. Set and manage KPIs for speed, quality, and costs. Establish a feedback loop and collaborate with talent and learning design teams to refine processes and programs.
- Identify and engage the right stakeholders to drive program effectiveness, and execute change & comms initiatives. Stakeholders include Sr. HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent & Learning Strategy Partners, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Data & Analytics teams.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships to ensure alignment, effective communication, and optimal utilization of their solutions to meet our organizational goals.
- Develop and implement user-friendly dashboards to track progress, analyze data (including stakeholder feedback), and disseminate information for effective decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage support materials and system administration, liaising with relevant areas such as HRIS and HR Ops to ensure seamless program execution.
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in HR, learning and talent delivery, or a related role
- Advanced knowledge of Talent Management & Learning strategies and processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in process design and improvement, preferably green belt or willingness.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, ability to create compelling dashboards and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement on multiple (seniority) levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with employees
- Familiarity with Talent Marketplace systems and Learning Experience platforms is a strong plus
- Proven knowledge of HCM Systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle), Workday experience is a strong plus
