Purpose of Role

We are looking for an experienced Program delivery lead to drive delivery across our EMEA eCommerce technology. As a lead in our program delivery team, you will be responsible for the planning and the strategic execution of the EMEA eCommerce Roadmaps.

As the EMEA Delivery lead, and a member of the Global Delivery Team, you will work closely with Product Management, User Experience Customer Service, Engineering, QA Teams and other business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of digital products and features for Under Armour's focused performers. We need someone who is detail-oriented, excellent at team motivation & accountability, and committed to delivering on time, with a high-quality bar. Your Impact
  • You lead multiple cross functional product development teams responsible for building the Regional (and partially Global) digital consumer experiences as the Delivery Manager.
  • You direct activities across cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them.
  • You inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your product development team.
  • You bridge gaps between the Product Owner and the Development team, partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development.
  • You conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews and Demos for your teams.
  • You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Confluence and JIRA, also responsible for creating project monitoring tools like Dashboards and Risk logs to avoid project pitfalls.
  • You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.
  • You are the liaison to teammates outside the core product development team, such as Omni Channel, Media, and Legal teams, and help them interact with your product team.
  • You innovate with the wider Ecommerce Delivery team to create a strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively.
  • Reports status on project commitments and team objectives to all levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Delivery Lead, managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams of at least 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with experience in various methodologies and techniques, ideally including Agile Project Management and PMI certification.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or Confluence (alternatively: Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
  • Proficient in using a range of Project Management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience delivering consumer software products, preferably in roles such as Delivery Lead, project manager, or program manager.
  • Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams, including external groups like customer support and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and remote teams so your team can deliver against commitments.
  • Knows the difference between process that adds value vs. process that impedes teams
Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
  • Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (baseline of minimum 2 days a week in-office.
  • Travel: IE- 3-5% of the year
